There are always going to be those things in life that we just don’t get.  One case in point is all the wonderful cats I meet when photographing the kitties at Williamson County Animals Shelter in Franklin, TN that have been owner surrendered.  I know this is the case with dogs too though my focus is on the cats.  It is completely understandable when someone has a medical crisis and can no longer care for their kitty companion.  Anyway, Sam is a kitty whom I met this past January.  He is a big, mellow boy who enjoys affection.  In February Sam was adopted and we were all thrilled for him.  Sadly though Sam is back at the Shelter for reasons I do not know.  Please help spread the word so Sam can find his forever home sooner rather than later.

From time to time there are kitties that are so hard to photograph.  It’s not because they are frightened or are anti-social…quite the opposite really.  Whenever I visit Safe Place For Animals Kit Kat is always so happy to have visitors.  He is content to sit on my lap for long stretches of time and snuggle.  It doesn’t matter if I’m photographing his roomies either.  Kit Kat ADORES be held, kissed and loved!  He is looking for his forever home too and needs a guardian who will appreciate his affections.  To view a gallery of more kitties click here.

Last week I shared my first post about the handsome and beautiful kitties residing in the Safe Place For Animals Rescue in Gallatin, TN.  I am thoroughly enjoying getting to know Diana (the founder) and her wonderful staff and volunteers that make Safe Place a possibility.  Most of all though I am loving my time spent with the kitties.  Griffin Marie captivated me on my first visit.  Never before had I seen a cat with “fangs” but this little beauty sports some teeth.  I call her the little vampire cat and I think she looks so cool!  Aside from the cool factor she is so sweet and is looking for her forever home.  To view a gallery of more kitties click here.

Recently I started photographing the beautiful kitties available for adoption at  Safe Place For Animals Rescue in Gallatin, TN.  The kitties at Safe Place reside in one of three cat rooms.  They are playful, loving and well socialized.  They absolutely adore visitation and attention too.  When I enter a cat room I am enveloped in massive kitty love and it feels phenomenal!  Ezzy is just one of the many kitties looking for her perfect forever home.  To view a gallery of more kitties currently residing at Safe Place For Animals click here.
