This post is to date my longest post. It’s not because of what is written, rather because of all the kitty photos shared. In 2014 I started photographing kitties at Williamson County Animal Center in Franklin, TN and at Safe Place For Animals in Gallatin, TN. Both situations are challenging from a photographic standpoint in different ways. Nevertheless, I do my best to create an endearing portrait that will hopefully lead the right guardian to his or her new family member. Here is a collection of the nearly 500 kitties photographed in 2014. Many found their forever homes, some are still waiting to be adopted, and sadly a few got sick and crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge. Though the photos may not be perfect, one thing remains true…each and every cat is unique, lovable and beautiful! These sweet creatures have been the most patient teachers. It never ceases to amaze me how much there is to learn from them. It is my hope that the love of cats continues to grow in the days ahead. May all the remaining kitties awaiting adoption find their forever homes in 2015. Thanks for looking, caring and sharing!

We had such a great time at the Nashville Cat Show this past weekend! This was our first cat show and first vendor display. We loved seeing all the gorgeous cats, meeting fellow cat lovers and hearing some amazing rescue stories! To all who stopped by our table to say hi, we thank you. To those who missed the show, we hope to see you at another cat show in the near future. For now, here are a few snapshots of our display for you to check out. We look forward to photographing your beloved kitties in 2015! Thanks for looking.
